Burpee Box Jump Overs Chest To Bar Pull Ups (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
12 min EMOM:
1st min: 7 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
2nd min: 12 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
* Cycle through the 2 min sets until the end of the 12 min EMOM.
* If you fall the behind the workout turns into a 12 min AMRAP.
*For scoring, Rx is if you perform the movements to the standards listed. If you fall behind but do all movements to the listed standards you can still put Rx.
* Hips do not have to be fully extended on top of the box.
