10 Box Jumps (24’/20′)

10 DB Snatch (50#/35#)

10 Abmat Sit Ups
* Must get full hip extension on top of box.

* Rx+ – (30’/24′) for box height, (70#/50#) on DB Snatch.

* Intermediate – (45#/30#) on DB Snatch.

*Scaled – (20’/18′) (18′ is five 45# plates) can either be jumps or step ups, (30#/20#) on DB Snatch.
