* Scale options for Rope climbs are Rope up Downs, Foot Lock Pull Ups, or Knees To Elbows & Pull Ups.
* 6 Knees To Elbows & 6 Pull Ups equals 2 Rope Climbs. Perform in a 3 and 3 fashion on each set.
* Every 100 m on run equals 1 rep. 2 reps for full 200 m run.
